Resep Daging Malbi | Kuliner Khas Bengkulu

Bahan

Daging sapi ( 250 gram )
Kelapa parut sangrai ( 100 gram )
Minyak goreng untuk menumis ( 3 sendok makan )
Kecap manis ( 1 sendok makan )
Air matang ( 400 ml )
Bawang goreng secukupnya

Bumbu

Bawang merah ( 5 siung )
Bawang putih ( 3 siung )
Cengkeh ( 2 buah )
Gula merah sisir ( 1/2 sendok makan )
Jahe ( tebal 2 cm )
Kayu manis bubuk ( 1/4 sendok teh )
Garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya

Cara Memasak

Potong-potong daging sapi menjadi 5 bagian lalu cuci hingga bersih. Tiriskan.

Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, gula merah, jahe dan sedikit garam. Haluskan hingga benar-benar halus.

Ambil baskom, tuangkan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan tadi, kemudian masukkan potongan daging sapi ke dalamnya. Aduk rata hingga seluruh potongan daging terlumuri bumbu dengan sempurna. Lalu diamkan selama 30 menit.

Setelah didiamkan selama 30 menit. Ambil daging dan letakkan dalam wajan. Taruh wajan di atas api kecil. Tambahkan 400 ml air matang. Masak hingga daging lunak dan air mengering.

Setelah air mengering, masukkan minyak goreng, kecap manis, kelapa sangrai, garam dan penyedap rasa. Aduk rata. Masak hingga minyak goreng panas dan tercampur dalam masakkan. Masak sebentar kemudian angkat.

Sajikan dalam piring saji dan taburi dengan bawang goreng. Hidangkan.
